- This society will construct an open innovation global network through partnership with various consulting companies in the world, government institutions, universities, or private persons, providing them with the space to advertise their consulting abilities to the outside and actively inviting the consumers for the relevant service at the same time.
- This society will help provide innovative solutions on a free or charged basis to consumers, such as big enterprises, small and medium enterprises, and start-up candidates, who wish to create new businesses.
- The providers and consumers will share information on their locations, terms and conditions of business, and period of business in position-based service method using Google maps, among others.
